Please print and fill out the below entry form to enter you band in the Yardas Bar -- Battle of the Bands 2012 event; hosted at Yardas Bar and Grill; located 527 W. Battle of the Bands Details: There will be a total of 16 bands performing, each band will be assigned a select night -- please ensure that all your band members are ready to rock out. (2) Bands will perform each Friday and (2) bands will perform each Saturday; on the 5th weekend 2 winners from the first 2 weeks will perform on Friday and the last 2 winners will perform Saturday. The winner will be announced that Saturday after the last set has been played (announcement will be made at 1am), the winner will receive $1000 cash prize plus rights to have their provided promotional CD uploaded the national jukebox and be paid out royalty rights based upon the agreed signed royalty forms.
